Recruiting & Application Process

When recruiting staff, we utilize advertisements in newspapers and/or clinical journals. Notices are posted in-house for employees as well as on our website. Applicants must submit a resume and fill out our application form. From there, resumes and applications are reviewed by administration and supervisors.
Applicants who appear to have the necessary education, aptitude, and experience for a given position are asked to come in for an interview. Resumes are kept on file for a year and are reviewed as positions open.

We offer both full-time positions with benefits and part-time, fee-for-service positions. Keep in mind that most counselor and therapist positions require a master's degree in a human service field or certified addiction counselor credentials. Open Positions

Outpatient Therapist - Langhorne Office
Part-time evening therapist needed to provide individual and possible group therapy sessions. The ideal schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., though flexibility can be considered. Previous experience in substance abuse counseling and licensure is desired. Competitive compensation. Please forward your resume to Gerald Birkelbach, Executive Director.

IOP Therapist - Doylestown Location
Masters level clinician needed to facilitate Intensive Outpatient groups 3 evenings per week, as well as individual therapy. 10 to 15 hours/week total.
