This professional service promotes productivity and reduces employer risk by proactively addressing employee issues which decrease performance.  Aldie Counseling Center is committed to providing client friendly, comprehensive, cost effective services to meet the individual needs of both employee and employer.

The Aldie program provides a range of services geared towards supporting employees as they experience changes in the contemporary workplace as well as increased and sometimes conflicting demands in their personal lives.  Confidential counseling and case management facilitates individual optimal performance both at work and at home.

Alcohol and drug abuse prevention/intervention

comprehensive assessment

individual counseling

group counseling

drug screening

Mental health screening and referral

Referrals to other social/medical services
