If You Need Help > Contact Aldie For Assessment
Aldie Counseling Center—
Making your first call for help to Aldie for confidential assessment.
Your first call for help to Aldie will be directed to an Aldie Client Services Facilitator (CSF) who will ascertain how we can assist you. The CSF will gather information from you to insure that your situation is addressed appropriately. Please be assured that any information you give to Aldie is held in strictest confidence.
Most often, you will be scheduled to come in for an assessment to determine the level of severity of your problem and the level of care that would best meet your needs. Sometimes circumstances require more immediate attention; possibly a referral to a hospital emergency room. Aldie is an outpatient service provider and, as such, we are not equipped to deal with medical emergencies.
The CSF will also request information about your method of payment for treatment, e.g., insurance, self-pay, county subsidy, etc. If you are a Bucks County resident without private insurance, there will be no charge for the assessment as the Bucks County Drug & Alcohol Commission has contracted with us to provide this assessment service to community residents. You may be directed to apply for Medical Assistance in order to meet the criteria for payment assistance for treatment. Aldie extends every effort to work with clients to make treatment affordable.
