Applicants are asked to submit a resume and complete an application form. Resumes are reviewed by administration and supervisors.  Applicants who appear to have the necessary education, aptitude, and experience for a given position are asked to come in for an interview. Resumes are kept on file for a year and are reviewed when positions open.

We utilize counselor/therapists, program supervisors/coordinators, physicians, nurses, peer specialists, para-professionals for intake and case management work, administrative and clerical workers. Aldie offers full time positions with benefits, and part time fee-for-service positions. Most counselor/therapist positions require a master's degree in a human service field or a CAC.

Open Positions: 

Assessment Counselor -   Langhorne office. Duites include performing level of care assessments for individuals with substance use disorders. Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related human services field. Master's Degreee preferred with previous experience at a behavioral health organization. Counselor -   Langhorne office.  Methadone Maintenence Program. Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or related human services field., licensure preferred.  Experience with medication assisted treatment is desired. Duites include facilitating and overseeing the admissions process as well as individual, group, and family therapy.
