When recruiting staff, Aldie utilizes advertisements in newspapers and/or clinical journals. Notices are posted in-house for employees. We will also post open positions on this website.
Applicants are asked to submit a resume and complete an application form. Resumes are reviewed by administration and supervisors. Applicants who appear to have the necessary education, aptitude, and experience for a given position are asked to come in for an interview. Resumes are kept on file for a year and are reviewed when positions open.
We utilize counselor/therapists, program supervisors/coordinators, physicians, nurses, peer specialists, para-professionals for intake and case management work, administrative and clerical workers. Aldie offers full time positions with benefits, and part time fee-for-service positions. Most counselor/therapist positions require a master's degree in a human service field or a CAC.

Clinical Director - Senior managment position directing and coordinating all aspects of clinical programming. Responsibilites inlcude clinical supervision of program managers, management and oversight of existing programs to ensure the achivement of program goals, compliance with federal and state regulations, and new program development and strategic planning. Minimum qualificaitons include a Master's Degree in social sciences, human services, behavioral health or a related field, and 10+ years of experience with significant supervisory responsiblities. Knowledge of various treatment modalities including medication assisted treatment. Licensure strongly preferred. Lead Clinician - The Langhorne Outpatient Department is seeking a Lead Clinician to provide individual, group and family therapy to outpatient clients. The position includes providing weekly individual and group supervision to clinicians in the outpatient department. Other duties involve the coordination of medication assisted treatment authorizations and compliance. 40 hours per week, flexible scheduling. Licensure preferred.
