Applicants are asked to submit a resume and complete an application form. Resumes are reviewed by administration and supervisors.  Applicants who appear to have the necessary education, aptitude, and experience for a given position are asked to come in for an interview. Resumes are kept on file for a year and are reviewed when positions open.

We utilize counselor/therapists, program supervisors/coordinators, physicians, nurses, peer specialists, para-professionals for intake and case management work, administrative and clerical workers. Aldie offers full time positions with benefits, and part time fee-for-service positions. Most counselor/therapist positions require a master's degree in a human service field or a CAC.

Counselor - Langhorne Office -  Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or related human services field, licensure preferred. Duties include individual, group, and family therapy to patients in our general outpatient and medicated assisted treatment programs. Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatric -    Pennsylvania licensed Nurse Practitioner with DEA prescriptive authority. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluation, treatment and medication management for patients with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. Full or part time with flexible hours. This position is an integral part of our treatment team working with patients in general outpatient as well as medicated assisted treatment.
