Applicants are asked to submit a resume and complete an application form. Resumes are reviewed by administration and supervisors.  Applicants who appear to have the necessary education, aptitude, and experience for a given position are asked to come in for an interview. Resumes are kept on file for a year and are reviewed when positions open.

We utilize counselor/therapists, program supervisors/coordinators, physicians, nurses, peer specialists, para-professionals for intake and case management work, administrative and clerical workers. Aldie offers full time positions with benefits, and part time fee-for-service positions. Most counselor/therapist positions require a master's degree in a human service field or a CAC.

Open Positions: 

Assessor -   Langhorne office. Performs level of care treatment assessments for new clients. Interprets results and recommends treatment modality.  Coordinates care with clinicians and other health care professionals. Bachelor's Degree in behaviorial health or human services field. Master's degree preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced setting where attention to detail is critical. 40 hour work week.  Resume and cover letter to Karen McKenna  - kmckenna@aldie.org.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-  to work in medication assisted treatment program. Responsibilities include performing medical history and physical exam, determining diagnosis and narcotic dependence, reviewing treatment plans, determining dosage and changes in doses, ordering take-home privileges, and assessing co-occurring disorders and making appropriate referrals, and participating in treatment team meetings.

Master's Degree in Nursing and certification through a national nurse practitioner licensing board. Experience preferred in an addiction treatment center with methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol.  Resume and salary requirements to Gerald Birkelbach at jbirkelbach@aldie.org.

Counselor - Adolescent Outpatient Program-     Part-time postion, Doylestown office. Master's level clinician, LPC, LCSW preferred.  Must be able to provide individual, group and family therapy for adolescents (ages 14-18), in both intensive outpatient and general outpatient treatment.
