When recruiting staff, Aldie utilizes advertisements in newspapers and/or clinical journals. Notices are posted in-house for employees. We will also post open positions on this website.
Applicants are asked to submit a resume and complete an application form. Resumes are reviewed by administration and supervisors. Applicants who appear to have the necessary education, aptitude, and experience for a given position are asked to come in for an interview. Resumes are kept on file for a year and are reviewed when positions open.
We utilize counselor/therapists, program supervisors/coordinators, physicians, nurses, peer specialists, para-professionals for intake and case management work, administrative and clerical workers. Aldie offers full time positions with benefits, and part time fee-for-service positions. Most counselor/therapist positions require a master's degree in a human service field or a CAC.

Outpatient Therapist - Langhore Office: Part-time evening therapist needed to provide individual therapy and possible group therapy. The ideal schedule is Monday-Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Flexiblity to this schedule can be considered. Previous experience in substance abuse counseling, licensure is desired.
