Applicants are asked to submit a resume and complete an application form. Resumes are reviewed by administration and supervisors.  Applicants who appear to have the necessary education, aptitude, and experience for a given position are asked to come in for an interview. Resumes are kept on file for a year and are reviewed when positions open.

We utilize counselor/therapists, program supervisors/coordinators, physicians, nurses, peer specialists, para-professionals for intake and case management work, administrative and clerical workers. Aldie offers full time positions with benefits, and part time fee-for-service positions. Most counselor/therapist positions require a master's degree in a human service field or a CAC.

Open Positions: 

ADOLESCENT PROGRAM COORDINATOR:  Full Time - Doylestown office. Master's level clinician, licensure strongly preferred, must be licensure or certification eligible after one year, to  manage and direct operations of an adolsecnt counseling program.  Duties include administrative, supervisory, and clinical work for a program serving individuals from 14 to 17 years of age. SECURITY GUARD:  Part Time - Langhorne office. Hours are Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Experience desired with providing security in a hospital or similar health care setting. $12-$13 per hour depending on experience. Resume to Gerald Birkelbach, Executive Director, jbirkelbach@aldie.org
